Managing Director - Head of Sunrise - Japan
Mr. Kiyozuka leads the investment activities of Sunrise Capital and serves as a board member of portfolio companies.
Prior to joining CLSA Capital Partners, he was a Director at Carlyle Group Tokyo, where he was focused on Japanese buyout opportunities in the consumer, healthcare, and industrial sectors. Prior to that, Mr. Kiyozuka was a Senior Manager at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi where he has accumulated over 10 years of experience in M&A and syndicate loans across various countries in Asia. He holds a B.A. in economics from Shiga University and an M.B.A. from Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley.

Richard Pyvis was previously CEO of CLSA following a three decade career in commercial, investment banking and investment management across Asia, Australia and North America. In 2000 Mr. Pyvis became Managing Director of CLSA's direct investments businesses. Mr. Pyvis is a member of CLSA Capital Partners Funds’ Investment Committees, in aggregate approximately US$5 billion in assets under management, with a particular focus on strategy, detailed investment appraisal and exit management. Mr. Pyvis read Economics (Japanese Studies) at the University of Western Australia, has studied as a fellowship scholar at IMI Switzerland and INSEAD France, and is a member of company boards across Australasia.

Michael McCoy has over 30 years of experience in Asian equity markets. After spending 10 years with Sun Hung Kai Securities and Hoare Govett in senior broking roles, he moved to CLSA, where he has spent the last 22 years. Mr. McCoy joined CLSA as a founding shareholder and Head of Asian Sales and has since held a range of senior positions, including Global Head of Broking, Head of Investment Banking and Director of Marketing for CLSA Capital Partners from 2004 to 2007. Mr. McCoy re-joined CLSA Capital Partners in 2012 as Executive Vice Chairman and then served as CEO from 2014 to 2016 . He currently is a member of CLSA Capital Partners Investment Committees. He has a BA in Economics and History from the University of Michigan.
Global Chief Operating Officer
Randy Wilbert joined CLSA Capital Partners in 2009 as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Wilbert has over 20 years of experience in banking, investment and law, of which the last 15 have been in Asia. Previously he was Head of Execution for the J.P. Morgan Asian Infrastructure Group, prior to which he headed legal coverage for J.P. Morgan’s Asia Pacific principal investment desks. Mr. Wilbert was also an attorney with the Linklaters law firm in its London, Singapore and Hong Kong offices. Mr. Wilbert is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Georgetown University Law Center.
