Megumi Kiyozuka President & Representative Director Megumi Kiyozuka leads the investment activities of Sunrise Capital and serves as a board member of portfolio companies. Prior to joining CLSA Capital Partners in 2006, Mr. Kiyozuka was a Director at Carlyle Group Tokyo, where he was focused on Japanese buyout opportunities in the consumer, healthcare, and industrial sectors. Prior to that, Mr. Kiyozuka was a Senior Manager at MUFG Bank where he has accumulated over 10 years of experience in M&A and syndicate loans across various countries in Asia. He holds a B.A. in economics from Shiga University and an M.B.A. from Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley. |

Ryoichiro Minagawa Managing Director Mr. Minagawa currently serves as the deal leader and representative director for HOKUTO Co., Ltd. as well as a deal member and director for Task-Force Co., Ltd. and SBIC Corporation, Inc. in Sunrise IV. In addition, he serves as the deal leader and director (previously interim CEO) for LIFEDRINK COMPANY, INC. and Lcode Ltd. in Sunrise II. Previously, he also served as a deal member and director for XPRICE Inc. and Uni-Mate, Inc. in Sunrise III as well as WORLDTOOL Co., Ltd. in Sunrise II. He also served as the deal leader and director (interim Chairman and CEO) for MIRIVE Co., Ltd. and deal member for Nihon Integround Holdings, Inc. in Sunrise I. Prior to joining the Sunrise team in June 2008, he worked for the Investment Banking Division of Nikko Citigroup Limited ("Nikko Citigroup"). During his career at Nikko Citigroup, he was involved in many M&A deals, including MBOs, and corporate finance deals, such as public offerings. Prior to that, he worked for Ernst & Young ShinNihon as an auditor and IPO consultant. Mr. Minagawa holds a B.A. in Management from Kobe University and is licensed as a CPA in Japan. |

Takayuki Ishihara Director Mr. Ishihara currently serves as the deal leader and director for Kensetsu-Park Co., Ltd and as a deal member and auditor for HOKUTO Co., Ltd. in Sunrise IV. Previously, he also served as the deal leader and representative director for Uni-Mate, Inc., and an auditor for NHOSA Corporation in Sunrise III. Prior to joining the Sunrise team in March 2017, he was most recently with Lincoln International Inc. as a Managing Director, where he led the origination and execution of various domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, engaged in extensive due diligence activities as well as prepared legal/IR documentations. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Citigroup Global Markets Japan Inc., Daiwa Securities SMBC Co. Ltd., and Okasan Securities Ltd., respectively. Mr. Ishihara holds a B.A. in Economics from Yokohama National University and a M.S. in Administrative Studies from Boston University. |

Yasunori Maeda Managing Director Mr. Maeda currently serves as a deal leader and director for Worldplus Inc. and WORLD PARTY CO., Ltd. in Sunrise III. In addition, he serves as the deal leader and director for Lcode Ltd. in Sunrise II. Previously, he served as a deal leader and director for WORLDTOOL Co., Ltd, and a deal member and director/auditor for MIRIVE Co., Ltd. in Sunrise II as well a deal member and director for Everlife Co., Ltd. in Sunrise I. Prior to joining the Sunrise team in April 2011, he was an Associate on the Japan private equity team at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. for 2 years. Mr. Maeda began his career at the Investment Banking Division of Nikko Citigroup Limited ("Nikko Citigroup") where he worked on various M&A and capital markets transactions mainly in the Japanese financial services industry. During his tenure at Nikko Citigroup, he also worked on the financial services M&A team at Citigroup Global Markets Inc. (NY). Mr. Maeda holds both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Engineering from Kyoto University. |

Hidetsugu Agata Executive Director Mr. Agata currently serves as a deal member and director for Dears Brain Holdings, Ltd. in Sunrise IV. Previously, he also served as a deal member and director for BLOOM Co., Ltd., House Partner Holdings Co., Ltd. and KK AB & Company in Sunrise III as well as a deal leader and director for Qit Co., Ltd. and a deal member and director for HamaEngineering Co., Ltd. in Sunrise II. In addition, he served as a deal member for Baroque Japan Limited and a deal member and director/auditor for Trustex Holdings, Inc. in Sunrise I. Prior to joining the Sunrise team in September 2006, he held the position of Assistant President at MABUCHI MOTOR, CO., LTD., the market leader in small-sized motor production, in the Corporate Planning Department. Prior to that, he was a Senior Associate at PwC Advisory Group, providing advice on business recovery for various private equity funds as well as on sales of non-performing loans, and also worked for the former Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan, Ltd in the Corporate Finance Department. Masashi Komenoi Vice President Mr. Komenoi currently serves as a deal member and representative director for Task-Force Co., Ltd. in Sunrise IV and a deal member and director for WORLD PARTY Co., Ltd. in Sunrise III. Previously, he also served as a deal member and director for BLOOM Co., Ltd. and a deal member and auditor for Uni-Mate, Inc. in Sunrise III. Kenta Nakamura Senior Associate Mr. Nakamura currently serves as a deal member and director for LiPLUS Holdings Inc. in Sunrise III. Miki Hasegawa Senior Associate Ms. Hasegawa currently serves as a deal member and director for HOKUTO Co., Ltd. in Sunrise IV. Prior to joining the Sunrise team in September 2022, Ms. Hasegawa was most recently with Itochu International Inc. (US headquarter of Itochu Corporation) from 2019 as M&A leader in the building material industry, where she originated and executed various acquisitions and divestments. Prior to that, she joined Itochu Corporation in 2012 and led acquisitions and divestments projects in the telecom, media and general product industries. She began her career at Credit Suisse in 2008, where she engaged in origination of CMBS and structuring of derivative products. After that, she developed her M&A experience in the Investment Banking Division at Macquarie Capital from 2009, where she focused on the origination and execution of M&A projects in the telecom, media, entertainment, and technology industries. Ms. Hasegawa holds both a Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Engineering degree from the University of Tokyo, and a Master of Science degree from a joint course by three universities in France; Ecole Polytechnique, Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees, Ecole Nationale Superieure des Mines de Paris. |

Katsuya Tanizawa Senior Associate Mr. Tanizawa currently serves as a deal member for Task-Force Co., Ltd. and SBIC Corporation, Inc. in Sunrise IV. Prior to joining the Sunrise team in September 2021, Mr. Tanizawa held a strategic planning role at MUFG Bank in London where he oversaw the bank's European operation. Prior to that, he was an associate at Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities where he primarily worked on M&A and capital markets advisory for financial institutions. He began his career at MUFG Bank where he dealt with corporate lending. Mr. Tanizawa received an MBA from London Business School and a B.A. in Business Administration from Kobe University. |

Shinya Arita Associate Mr. Arita currently serves as a deal member for Earth Technology Co., Ltd. in Sunrise III. Prior to joining the Sunrise team in April 2023, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where he engaged in various projects such as developing growth strategies and business development plans, designing new efficient business processes and sourcing M&A target companies for various clients across industries. He began his career at Mitsubishi Corporation, where he mainly focused on business development and portfolio value-add initiatives in the retail and digital industries. Shota Kuwaki Executive Director - Investor Relations Mr. Kuwaki has over 10 years of experience in the finance industry. He has extensive experience in both public equities, engaging in equity research, as well as in private equity, engaging in investor relations and fundraising activities at Japan-focused small-to-mid cap buyout funds. Prior to joining the Sunrise team in January 2016, Mr. Kuwaki has previously worked as an investor relations/fundraising professional at a domestic buyout fund sponsor, Advantage Partners, as well as a product manager at Macquarie Securities and Mizuho Securities. Additionally he has experience in the field of insurance at AIG. Mr. Kuwaki holds a B.A. in Economics degree from Keio University. |

Karen Hon Executive Director, Head of Finance – Sunrise Capital Ms. Hon has over 15 years of experience in the finance industry, including 7 years with Sunrise. She has extensive finance and fund administration experience in the management of a number of private equity funds pursuing diverse investment strategies, including funds investing in well-established, mid-cap companies, as well as funds investing in the infrastructure and real estate sectors. Ms. Hon has previously worked for the Finance and Fund Administration departments of private equity funds managed by AIG Global Investment Corporation, J.P. Morgan and Macquarie Global Property Advisors. Ms. Hon holds a B.S. in Commerce with majors in Accounting and Finance from the Macquarie University and a Masters degree from the University of New South Wales. |

Kentaro Sakamoto SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT - FINANCE/IR
Mr. Sakamoto has over 15 years of experience in the finance industry and joined the Sunrise team in March 2017. He has extensive finance and fund administration experience in private equity fund, as well as experience of investing to private funds at an asset management firm. Prior to joining the Sunrise team in March 2017, Mr. Sakamoto worked at Tokio Marine Asset Management where he was responsible for private fund investments in US/Europe and Japan, and previously he also worked for Pictet Asset Management where he was engaged in corporate planning and distribution of alternative funds, and also worked at domestic buyout fund sponsor, Advantage Partners as a finance professional. Mr. Sakamoto holds a B.A. in Business and Commerce from Keio University.
