Peter Kennedy
Managing Director - Head of Clean Resources Asia

Peter Kennedy joined CLSA from Fulcrum Fund, a venture fund focusing on sustainable resources and companies looking to effect improvements in healthcare services for under-served populations, based in San Francisco. Prior to Fulcrum, Mr. Kennedy was a highly ranked senior research analyst at Morgan Stanley for eight years in New York and London, most recently as Executive Director and head of the telecom and media research team where he led 11 IPOs. Mr. Kennedy has significant private market transaction experience, closing over 10 early stage investments at Fulcrum and several later stage telecom infrastructure transactions throughout Asia and Europe while at NYNEX. Mr. Kennedy holds an MBA and BA from the Hagan School of Business, Iona College.

Richard Pyvis
Member of the Investment Committees

Richard Pyvis was previously CEO of CLSA following a three decade career in commercial, investment banking and investment management across Asia, Australia and North America. In 2000 Mr. Pyvis became Managing Director of CLSA's direct investments businesses. Mr. Pyvis is a member of CLSA Capital Partners Funds’ Investment Committees, in aggregate approximately US$5 billion in assets under management, with a particular focus on strategy, detailed investment appraisal and exit management. Mr. Pyvis read Economics (Japanese Studies) at the University of Western Australia, has studied as a fellowship scholar at IMI Switzerland and INSEAD France, and is a member of company boards across Australasia.

Michael McCoy
Member of the Investment Committee

Michael McCoy has over 30 years of experience in Asian equity markets. After spending 10 years with Sun Hung Kai Securities and Hoare Govett in senior broking roles, he moved to CLSA, where he has spent the last 22 years. Mr. McCoy joined CLSA as a founding shareholder and Head of Asian Sales and has since held a range of senior positions, including Global Head of Broking, Head of Investment Banking and Director of Marketing for CLSA Capital Partners from 2004 to 2007. Mr. McCoy re-joined CLSA Capital Partners in 2012 as Executive Vice Chairman and then served as CEO from 2014 to 2016 . He currently is a member of CLSA Capital Partners Investment Committees. He has a BA in Economics and History from the University of Michigan.
