Chia Huan Lee joined Capital Partners in 2003 and has over 18 years of experience in direct investment and finance. Mr. Lee’s current focus is on the Southeast Asia and Taiwan/ Korea markets. He was actively involved in investments and divestments across the region, including Taiwan, India and China. Previously, he worked in the CLSA Singapore equity research team, focusing on the finance sector. He also worked at KPMG Singapore. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He is a CFA charter holder and a Chartered Accountant of Singapore.

Richard Pyvis was previously CEO of CLSA following a three decade career in commercial, investment banking and investment management across Asia, Australia and North America. In 2000 Mr. Pyvis became Managing Director of CLSA's direct investments businesses. Mr. Pyvis is a member of CLSA Capital Partners Funds’ Investment Committees, in aggregate approximately US$5 billion in assets under management, with a particular focus on strategy, detailed investment appraisal and exit management. Mr. Pyvis read Economics (Japanese Studies) at the University of Western Australia, has studied as a fellowship scholar at IMI Switzerland and INSEAD France, and is a member of company boards across Australasia.

Michael McCoy has over 30 years of experience in Asian equity markets. After spending 10 years with Sun Hung Kai Securities and Hoare Govett in senior broking roles, he moved to CLSA, where he has spent the last 22 years. Mr. McCoy joined CLSA as a founding shareholder and Head of Asian Sales and has since held a range of senior positions, including Global Head of Broking, Head of Investment Banking and Director of Marketing for CLSA Capital Partners from 2004 to 2007. Mr. McCoy re-joined CLSA Capital Partners in 2012 as Executive Vice Chairman and then served as CEO from 2014 to 2016 . He currently is a member of CLSA Capital Partners Investment Committees. He has a BA in Economics and History from the University of Michigan.
