Miranda Tang Managing Director - Head of ARIA Miranda Tang joined CLSA Capital Partners in 1995 as an original founding member and has over 25 years of experience in corporate planning and equity investment in both Asia and the US. Ms. Tang possesses private equity expertise in China, India, Indonesia, South Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam. Prior to joining CLSA Capital Partners, Ms. Tang started her career with Ernst & Young and subsequently worked with the Century City Group in the US and Hong Kong. Ms. Tang is a CPA, a member of the AICPA, an associate of the HKICPA and a fellow member of the HKSI. She received her MBA (School of Accountancy Top Ranking Award) and B.Sc. in Business Administration (magna cum laude) from University of Denver, Colorado. Megumi Kiyozuka Managing Director - Head of Sunrise - Japan Megumi Kiyozuka leads the investment activities of Sunrise Capital and serves as a board member of portfolio companies.
Peter Min Managing Director - Head of Pacific Transportation Mr. Peter Min joined CLSA Capital Partners in 2009 and is the Managing Director and head of Pacific Transportation. Prior to CLSA Capital Partners, Mr. Min was with Macquarie Capital focusing on principal investments in the infrastructure, real assets and media space, executing over US$1 billion in principal transactions and also served as a board member for one of its portfolio companies. Prior to Macquarie, he was responsible for cross-border M&A and the head of valuations at KPMG Korea and started his career with Houlihan Lokey's financial restructuring group in the US. Mr. Min holds a degree in economics from UC Berkeley. Peter Kennedy Managing Director - Head of Clean Resources Asia Peter Kennedy joined CLSA Capital Partners from Fulcrum Fund, a venture fund focusing on sustainable resources and companies looking to effect improvements in healthcare services for under-served populations, based in San Francisco. Prior to Fulcrum, Mr. Kennedy was a highly ranked senior research analyst at Morgan Stanley for eight years in New York and London, most recently as Executive Director and head of the telecom and media research team where he led 11 IPOs. Mr. Kennedy has significant private market transaction experience, closing over 10 early stage investments at Fulcrum and several later stage telecom infrastructure transactions throughout Asia and Europe while at NYNEX. Mr. Kennedy holds an MBA and BA from the Hagan School of Business, Iona College. Gregory Park Managing Director – Head of Lending Ark Gregory Park is the Head of Lending Ark and also Chairman of the Investment Committee. Based in Hong Kong since 1997, Mr. Park has over 25 years of experience in secured private debt financing, structured credit, and securitisation. He previously served as a Managing Director and the Head of Asia Structured Credit for The Carlyle Group LP (“Carlyle”). Mr. Park has contributed to the development of the Asian credit markets pioneering the first international credit card-backed asset backed securities (“ABS”) transaction for LG Card in South Korea, the first cross-border residential mortgage-backed securities (“RMBS”) transaction for Hsin Hchu Bank in Taiwan, and the first consumer/SME loan-backed financings for leading financial technology (“FinTech”) alternative lenders. He was named by Institutional Investor magazine as a top 10 “Global Securitization Rising Star” in 2008. Mr. Park received a BA cum laude from Dartmouth College in the United States. |
Randy Wilbert Chief Executive Officer Randy Wilbert joined CLSA Capital Partners in 2009 as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Wilbert has over 20 years of experience in banking, investment and law, of which the last 15 have been in Asia. Previously he was Head of Execution for the J.P. Morgan Asian Infrastructure Group, prior to which he headed legal coverage for J.P. Morgan’s Asia Pacific principal investment desks. Mr. Wilbert was also an attorney with the Linklaters law firm in its London, Singapore and Hong Kong offices. Mr. Wilbert is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Georgetown University Law Center. Wayne Palmer Chief Operating Officer Wayne Palmer has over 17 years of experience in investment and law, of which the last 12 have been in Asia. Mr Palmer has extensive experience of a wide range of cross-border private equity/financial sponsor transactions in Europe and Asia and joined CLSA Capital Partners in 2009 as Head of Legal & Execution before being appointed as Chief Operating Officer – Asia in 2015. Mr Palmer was previously a senior attorney with Clifford Chance. In addition, Mr. Palmer has spent time living in Jakarta, Indonesia, both developing Clifford Chance’s Indonesia M&A practice and as acting General Counsel for Barclays Bank’s Indonesia operations. Mr Palmer studied Law in Leeds with post-graduate legal studies at the College of Law, York. |
