Ms. Yuan has over six years of direct investment experience in small to mid size companies in China. From 2002-2006, she worked for Asiatech Ventures Limited as an investment analyst doing deal screening, due diligence, investment and monitoring. Before that, she worked for China Chengxin International Rating Company with focus on corporate bond rating. Ms.Yuan obtained a Master degree in Finance from Shanghai Academy of Social Science.
